Bespoke Fitted Furniture in Stockton Heath

Fitted Furniture Designed Around Your Stockton Heath Home

Stockton Heath has a mix of characterful semi-detached and detached homes, many with generous bedrooms, bay windows and alcoves that suit built-in furniture beautifully. From walk-in wardrobes to window seats and home offices, we design each piece around the room and the way you use it.

With more people working from home, a fitted home office is one of our most requested projects here, using awkward corners and full-height walls to create a calm, productive space. Whatever the room, we handle the whole project ourselves from first visit to final fit.

Stockton Heath is largely Edwardian and interwar, and the houses along and behind London Road share a recognisable set of features: bay windows, picture rails, a chimney breast with an alcove either side, and bedrooms that are generous by modern standards. The bays are worth using properly, because a window seat with drawers underneath turns a cold, dead corner into storage and somewhere to sit. The alcoves are the other opportunity. In a house of this age they are almost never the same width as each other, which is exactly why shop-bought units always sit slightly wrong in one of them. Made to measure, they take matching cabinetry that reads as part of the wall rather than furniture pushed against it. Picture rails matter too: furniture can be scribed to sit neatly beneath them instead of cutting across and spoiling the line of the room.
